Healing Internalized Racial Oppression

REAL leads with healing-centered approaches to racial equity and social justice. Our work recognizes intersectionality and historic, intergenerational, and current traumas on individuals and the collective whole. Our team also has experience in establishing organization-wide racial affinity groups, helping develop data-driven strategic plans around racial equity, examining how policies and procedures can act as both barriers and facilitators of equity, and facilitating racial healing circles to work through harms and traumas in the workplace.
